You can use SatNav to find your way to the Showground.

Unfortunately we are NOT running a park and ride this year. The committee would like to encourage visitors to think of the environment when choosing how to travel to the Showground. We’d be grateful if you would consider public transport, walking, cycling or car sharing when planning your journey.

PLEASE NOTE: There are road closures in place around Wanborough at the time of the show.

To access the show field, please come to the Lynch Field via Church Road or Pack Hill.

Please note that the blind bends and road narrowing at the top of Pack Hill should be approached carefully.
Please do as the marshals direct and get into the car parks as soon and as safely as you can. You will then be charged for entry into the show.

We will be accepting cash and contactless payments for entry, please ensure that you have either available.

Health & Safety

The Commentary Tent at the side of the Main Arena is the main point of contact for any emergencies, lost children and lost property.

Beware of moving vehicles at the entrance, in the car parks and especially when the Vehicle Procession enters the Main Arena.

Smoking is not permitted in ANY tent or marquee. Sand buckets are provided at each marquee entrance for safe disposal.

Do not enter the roped off areas associated with exhibits. Keep children closely supervised.

First Aid is provided by Diana and Sophie in accordance with the Health and Safety event planning guidelines.
